Inspired by Troy's personal journey into business with some of the greats like Donald Trump, Warren Buffet and more, Troy had set out to share the lessons he learned with others but soon discovered the lessons were right in front of him, he just had to look further.

Troy shares his life story of how he built his company using the lessons taught to him not by Trump or Buffet, but by a group of unlikely experts.

Troy's ability to listen and hear people's needs and wants in business is in large part the secret to his success. Yet he attended no class on how to read people or translate their body language, he simply learned this from his greatest asset: his kid sister, who is profoundly deaf and developmentally delayed.

In Beyond the Obvious, Troy shows you ways to uncover great tools in people and others in our community that most have overlooked. He takes the audience on a journey past business and into their own hearts to find values outside of the dollar itself.
